C For Cinema started because the right scripts kept landing in the wrong hands. Debi (২০১৮) was the first film I produced — Humayun Ahmed's novel, a director (Anam Biswas) I trusted, and a question I wanted to answer about how a Bangladeshi production house could carry a story across borders without losing it.
