Jaya Ahsan began on stage in Dhaka, crossed to Kolkata, then to Mumbai and beyond. Her work — across commercial drama, arthouse cinema, and playback — is tied together by one principle: the frame is a witness, not a mirror. She produces through C For Cinema and lives between Dhaka and Paris.
